Hourly engagements range from $175 to $300/hr depending on discipline. Productized engagements above use these rates as the underlying basis for their fixed caps.

Design-system and accessibility work is where we go deepest, and it is the only recurring revenue in the portfolio. These engagements are scoped and capped before work begins. The rates above are the underlying basis; the ranges below are where the work usually lands.
- Audits from $2.5K; programs to $150K Accessibility audits and engineer-signed VPAT/ACR The differentiator is the artifact: a principal engineer signs the VPAT 2.5 / ACR conformance claim, not a scanner. Procurement-defensible engineering for a WCAG, Section 508, or EN 301 549 deadline. The cluster runs from fixed-price productized audits up through signed conformance reports to the design-system flagship with an AAA-bucket floor. Fixed-price at the entry; scoped and capped above.

- Annual retainer Design-system / accessibility governance retainer The recurring shape: ongoing accessibility and design-system governance once the foundation is in place — reviews, drift control, and the standards that keep conformance from eroding release to release.
- Typically $250K–$600K The flagship full-stack engagement The largest shape we run: an embedded, senior-led full-stack build installed as one operating model, end to end. Scoped and capped up front; the published range is where it lands.
